Trunk or Treat, held at the Wellington High School on October 27, 2013, was a fun family event that was enjoyed by many costumed “candy seekers.” It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon interacting with children of many ages, sizes and costume choices.

Returning for the fifth year, it will be a safe, family-friendly twist on trick or treating, where volunteers decorate their vehicles and distribute Halloween treats out of their trunks. Children age 12 and under are invited to trick or treat from vehicle to vehicle. Families can also enjoy music, refreshments, a bounce house, face painting, crafts and more. There will also be a costume contest.
Trunk or Treat is made possible through a partnership with Wellington High School’s DECA program, the Interfaith Group, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue and Walgreens.
